(customer emails) Hi Leroy, Just wanted to let you know that I"m very happy with my S 10 Pick-up .As you know , I search the Internet from my home in rural Idaho to find a nice ,clean, low mileage truck. When I contacted you,I found you to be courteous , and staight forward with me . After flying down to So Cal. to see the truck and finish the deal, I drove back home feeling very satisfied that I got a good truck at a very fair price .You are a straight up guy with christian values and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, to give you the opportunity to make them a good deal. I'm not sure who else would have done that! You definitely sold us the truck under retail value, with low mileage, and I can't tell you how much my family of seven appreciates the financial help. We realized the first week that we had the truck that the LED light panel in the back had to be replaced and since this was a safety issue, you replaced it at no cost to us. Otherwise this would have cost us several hundred dollars! We have had the Suburban since February and we still love it! Dear Mr. Converse: Well, it’s the last day of 2003, and my Mom and I didn't want the New Year to arrive without our having written to you about our experience in buying the 1999 Ford Ranger pick up from you in March. This was my first truck purchase. I know that, generally, there is some anxiety in buying an automobile, but that feeling is greater when the purchase is for a used vehicle. However, your approach was just right to ease my buyer concerns – you took the time to answer our questions helpfully, didn’t try to rush us to buy, gave us a chance to think about making the transaction and even trusted us to test drive the truck unaccompanied. The truck was priced lower than the same model year from other dealers or private parties that my Mom had researched. And you stood by your word in pricing the windshield replacement and truck bed liner installation at your cost. Even after my Mom called you about a problem with the interior panel lights once we’d taken the truck home, your service after the sale extended to having us return it so the people with whom you work could troubleshoot and fix the problem. I especially appreciate that “extra” step you took and I am sure that others who patronize your business, would, too. I picked up my truck this morning from being serviced yesterday. It continues to run well, and I am pleased to have it to drive. You can count me among your satisfied customers, and I hope that someone to whom I talk about my experience, or who reads this letter, is convinced to do business with you when they are in the market for a truck.
